Sign Services Frequently Asked Questions
On average, we process and print sign work orders within one to three business days. Obviously, this can be impacted by the volume (how many signs) and if your artwork is print-ready or we need to add some design services.
For customers who have a digital file of their signage, we ask that they provide the file in a vector (.eps, .pdf, etc.) file format or a raster version of suitable size and resolution that will all us to print the sign(s) without blurring or other artifacts. However, if you don’t have a file or are unsure if what you have is sufficient, we can easily guide you through the process and provide any design/artwork services you need.
You can come and pick up your sign(s) from our Buford location, M-F, during our normal business hours (8am – 5pm).
Price quotes are an essential part of running some types of business and we are ready to provide these services for ypu to know the fixed price you’ll have to pay for our order.
Yes, if you don’t have a mockup of your desired sign layout, our designers will create it for you and get your approval before proceeding to print.
It may be; it all comes down to resolution and image size. You can always provide us with your file and sign requirements (type and size of sign) and we will verify for you if your file will work. Even if it isn’t suitable, we can often work with you and your existing file to get you the signs with your design.
